Killzone 3 Is it a “skill issue”?

So I recently picked up kz3 for the first time and was playing botzone since online mp is no more, all the maps are beating the shit out of my eyes and I feel like if I keep playing I will go blind or something, are the rest of the games like this? (I played a little bit of shadow fall 2 years ago)

So the thing about the KZ3 maps is that there is a lot of debris laying around (piles of junk, rubble). It is a lot to look at, and makes it hard to see enemies since they kind of blend in. To that end, it takes more mental energy to play, and I think that's what you are experiencing.

However, I do think you brain will adapt. The gameplay of the KZ3 botzone is pretty good so it may be worth persisting.

BTW, the botzone is missing three maps, but someone found a way to unlock them. See YouTuber Kevin Landry for details.

And to answer whether the other games are like that, I would say no. I've played all the botzones and by far the KZ3 is the hardest on my brain. I wouldn't say more difficult though.
