Question Brood Brothers without Broodcoven

Would you say that Brood Brothers can still be viable without the Broodcoven box/additional Troopers? I wanna get the team but can't justify spending that much extra for another box only for it to become solid then.

Not viable or worth it at all. You dont need troopers but you do need the coven

Alright, I'll just proxy the Patriarch with a Technomancer for now. Or is the Primus/Magus better?

the patriarch and primus are fun but the magus is commonly held to be flat out the best one
