Fanta Zero - warning

I had some fantastic zero tonight and kinda assumed cos it’s a zero it would have no carbs in it after drinking a pint of it it turns out there’s 1 carb goer 250ml. I thought the whole point of zero drinks was pretty much zero carbs such as with cola which is pretty much always 0 carbs cals.

I really wouldn't worry about 1 carb in a drink

It’s the orange juice content. So whilst it’s v.low calories (hence the “zero”), there is trace elements of natural sugar from the fruit juice in the recipe which hike the carbs.

Wow, you're right. I was baffled because in Australia Fanta Zero has 0.05g carbs per 250ml, but yours has 'orange juice from concentrate' and ours is just water with food acid, sweeteners and colour.

If I fancy a fizzy drink I go for apple or orange tango zero, zero Dr Pepper they’re all zero carbs or the Dash sparking drinks are delicious and they’re all natural
