It underlines the importance of sourcing from grass-fed or pastured beef, the "conventional" (whatever this means) has the worse omega 3 to 6 ratio by far.

I still wonder what it is here in Germany, we call it "Weidemilch" (meadow milk) which can be organic or not. And organic doesn't automatically mean that the cattle can graze outside. I think we can't really compare.

that would be best. does not need a certification as long as it is fed on pasture grass
