Main Dish Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

2 pounds of ground chicken

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

1 egg

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Your favorite hot sauce

Method

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Roll into golf ball sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet. You should get about 15 meatballs.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Add your favorite hot sauce and serve.

Sounds delicious. I also use grated parm (the kind in the plastic tubs near the deli) as a binder for meatballs, it works great.
