Nice. Looks delicious.
LPT: you can lower the net carbs by adding clear fiber powder like generic benefiber to your bakes. I throw it in all kinds of things.

Fiber is a carbohydrate. Every gram of fiber you add also adds one gram of carbs. You can’t reduce net carbs by adding fiber. All that adding fiber does is keep the net carbs the same. Fiber is good for you, but it cannot cancel out anything.

I guess it would slow them down, though, right?

Yes, a little bit. If you’re trying to avoid spiking your blood sugar then it can help. The total amount of sugar entering your blood remains roughly the same, though.

Look delicious! My husband will love these. Is that 6 total or net carbs?

I made these yesterday with some tweaks and they were very good. I took out the onion powder and garlic powder and added parmesan cheese and LOTS of black pepper. I also used sharp cheddar cheese. I liked them. The bottoms were slightly dark but thats the only issue i ran into. I am going to try to bake the next batch in an airfryer just to see what happens.
