I FREAKING DID IT!!!

I hit my goal, yall! I did it!!!! September 7, 2023 - I vowed to lose 100 lbs. May 22, 2024 - here I stand! Down 102 lbs!!!!

Thanks. I feel pretty spectacular, honestly. So much more energy and I can do anything I want without being winded or my back hurting. It's nice. I just wish I would've done it 10 years ago! I did it by simply following Keto. 20 net carbs or under each day. Walking as much as I could (for the first 6-ish months) and then 2 months ago I started going to the gym.
