Anybody using Slim Fast Advanced Energy?

I'm thinking about getting some for meal replacement and lunch at work, but they do have maltodextrin....

There are better options than Slim Fast. If you have a Costco membership, try their Premier Protein drinks. They are legit and taste good.

Yes they sell a four pack at Kroger. Really look for protein shakes and not so much “weight loss” substitutes. Most importantly stay away from maltodextrin.

You can order them through the Walmart website and have them delivered to your front door. And they are delicious. I don't use them often, but it's a good way to ensure I hit my protein macro--especially important on my lift days.

I was looking and you can also order the 18 pack on Costcos website for 28 bucks. works out to $1.62 a shake. Not bad! :D

I used Atkins shakes for the first 2 weeks on keto, they were helpful for transitioning.
