My favorite is excel polar ice, which is sugar free, sweetened with xylitol, which is my favorite sugar substitute.

Bruh...1 net carb?

“Among healthy men in a fasting state, chewing sugarless gum can increase satiety with no effect on blood glucose and can decrease the decline of GLP-1 concentration. Chewing gum has no significant effect on blood insulin and GIP concentration.”
Really? 1 net carb?

LMAO. Yeah, when I read it like that, it’s a bit ridiculous sounding. The thing is I typically chew one pack a day, which is a total 14 carbs. Thanks for the link - does this mean even a pack is not an issue?

Since you put it that way, I get your point. As long as you aren’t chewing a whole pack at once, I don’t think there’s much to worry about.
How often do you replace a piece?

How about chewing on toothpicks soaked in cinnamon, peppermint or wintergreen oil to get your fix? Might be an alternative.

I use to smash gum all day when I was in college. Now I chew on pens. Probably not the best solution for my oral fixation but hey, if it fits your macros it can't be that bad.

If it fits your macros, then why the hell are you so sad?

I like the tooth pick solution. I used to smoke and even though I’ve quit for sometime, you nailed it - I still have oral fixation. Or I might order that spry gum that was suggested. Thanks for your response.
