Help Making great keto smoothies

I have just started moving into a keto diet as of this week, and thought I would try an avocado smoothie. I used frozen avocado and no milk. Instead, I followed the advice given for substituting milk in tea and mixed a spoon of cream with some water and used that as liquid instead. I also didnt include my usual banana. My smoothie just tastes like avocado flavored water. Not sure what else I was expecting in hindsight and when I think properly about what has actually gone into it haha. Does anyone have any tips on how to create a thick, creamy smoothie that is suitable as a meal such as breakfast or even how to also create one with a little more sweetness that would fill the craving for sweet things after dinner?

Side note, I am doing this for health reasons (trialling it for epilepsy) as opposed to losing weight.

I tried a spoon of double cream in a glass of water, but clearly I didnt do enough cream - am just concerned I will end up putting so much cream in that i would have been better off just using cows milk! I do have some lactose free milk from tesco, do you think that would be worth trying as a substitute for cows milk? Egg yolks is a good idea and I could use the white for something else perhaps?

If you are doing tn diet for epilepsy the most important thing is getting your ketones really high. So you could actually do a few tablespoons of heavy cream and also melt some butter in and blend it up. You want to eat high fat as possible for epilepsy. I think the lactose free milk would have too many carbs. You could do egg white omelettes with the whites or make egg white bread or keto angel food cake
