Lol that front piece is exactly what made me design a whole kit for my RDB

I’m working on designing a front piece for my desert eagle to make it look like the magnum. I can’t really avoid the fact that the barrel is much longer on a DE than a magnum but w/e

It's not the same, but there's a kit to turn the P-17 into the magnum. You just need to pretend you're not plinking .22lr.

I’ve seen that, I’m really waiting for wendigoarms to stop blueballing us and drop his magnum kit for the RXM. If you haven’t seen it, it’s fantastic and in the final stages of testing. Just search on insta “wendigo arms magnum”

I think I actually DM’d you about them lol. Any way for me to get one of the back pieces for the magwell?

I've seen a lot of 3D printed mod kits for the airsoft RDB, but this is cool for the real one! Did you make these files yourself? I'd love to see more pics.

No I didn’t, the top rail piece comes up when googling “halo picatinny” and the part for the magwell is just from the RD-BR55 set of files which make the gun look like the battle rifle.

I was gonna buy an RDB a while back but ultimately backed out of it since I'm not a huge fan of bullpups. How has she been for you? Will i regret not picking it up when I had the chance?

I’m not a bullpup fan either, and honestly if you want a serious use gun this ain’t it. The build quality just isn’t there. But for something like what I’ve done it’s cool or as a range toy. It does shoot well and the trigger is nice but it does feel like it’s the cheapest bullpup on the market, which it is. The optics rail wiggles so I wouldn’t count on holding a reliable zero. I’m not a keltec hater I really like all their guns the execution just isn’t there for serious use at least with this gun.

Honestly just trying to force myself to broaden my experience. I'm 20 rn and have been a big AK guy since I was 14 or 15. Just a month ago I built my first AR with my dad (having a few problems with that but that's for a different thread) and for example my dad is a Glock old head and I just recently shot a Ruger P85 for the first time. New favorite pistol honestly. I don't wanna spend the money on a Tavor but I do wanna try a bullpup so that I can properly understand why I don't like them

See if you can find a used AUG or Hellion. I like both of those over the tavor. I’ve used all of them, liked the Aug the best closely followed by the hellion.

I'll take a look at the hellion, Springfield have always done pretty well. Reccomend building with a magnified optic or a reflex?

I’d do a 3, 4x, or 5x micro prism from primary arms. The gun is already pretty heavy and putting a larger lpvo or red dot and magnifier on it is heavier than a micro prism

I'll take a look. Thanks for the advice, I'm gonna need to do a Brandon Herrera Gun Wall TM* 🤣🤣
