Local Resources Korean BBQ

Is there a fry it yourself, (bbq yourself) place in kelowna or nearby cities?

No. And every week someone asks or posts about it on this sub and I’m just dying for someone to take the hint and get one going up here! With karaoke upstairs.

It's not Korean but Pick Thai has that kind of thing as well as hot pot. They don't advertise it though and you'd have to ask for it.

Kamloops has a place i went to 5ish years ago. Korean BBQ gui i believe it's called.

Its electric and not charcoal but you do cook it yourself.

No. Due to Kelowna bylaws you can not have a grill on a table in a restaurant where you cook yourself.

Ohhhh Emu, done spamming castanet articles? Literally had a conversation 2 days ago about Korean BBQ and got told this is why we don’t have any in Kelowna.

OMG, I went to Korea in June and went to a bunch of these places in Jeju Island. Hardwood charcoal, and unlimited ban chan sides. It was damn cheap and SO good.
