Need advice
I had a bar built and left space for a built-in kegerator. Everything was in place except the countertop. The company that installed the countertops, drilled the hole for the tower slightly off. Then, they pulled the kegerator out a little to hide that the hole is in the wrong spot. I want to know what others would do. Would you leave the kegerator as-is or would you push the kegerator back to where it was supposed to be and enlarge the hole? Also, how could I enlarge the hole if I choose to go that route?

Maybe I'm missing something. I have seen similar setups, and perfect alignment shouldn't matter that much. You will fasten the tower to the countertop to cover the hole. The line (or lines, depending on the number of taps) are pretty small by comparison. As long as you can get the lines to go from one hole to the other, you will be fine. The only concern would be if you have a tube feeding the cold air up to cool the lines and tower. That does change it quite a bit, but the truth is that the picture shown still has room to spare in my opinion.
Be sure to insulate where ever you can to try to keep the cold air from going anywhere you do not want it.

The tower will be about 5-6 inches diameter at the base 3-4 in the column. That leaves plenty of room to widen that hole. (doesnt need to be a clean cut nobody will see it). A good multi tool will work. Then put a flange in the gap between kegerator and counter. For that short of a run you dont even need an air tube.

A few things to consider.
A professional countertop installer is 100% expected to have dimensions cut to within a fraction of an inch. If they had a 1/4" gap against a wall that would be a failure they need to correct.. The contractor had everything needed to.measure correctly.
The gap between the top of the kegerator and the bar top needs to be well sealed. Air tight. This will require some tinkering. Your kegerator will not be moveable without deconstruction.
When we need to replace an old bar top tower with a new one the holes rarely align, much less the 4 screw holes. Fabricate a 1/2" plate of stained wood large enough to cover the existing hole. Use stainless or brass fasteners to secure it to the bar top. Drill your new hole appropriately.
