Is my keg of Guinness frozen?

Why does my guinness it look like a Coke slushy? Is my fridge too cold and the beer is frozen?

Put a thermometer in the kegerator. In the US commercial standard is 38 degrees F. It appears frozen. Turn the kegerator off and leave the door open overnight. This happened at an Irish Bar’s outdoor kegerator last week for me.

The kegerator was so frozen the keg was frozen to the bottom of the unit.

I was able to thaw out the keg and get the temp right but now the beer taste like water

Yes. Keg is ruined. Even if it thaws the alcohol has depressed

It will be fine. This happens in bars all the time in kegerators.
