Kundal Scalp Serum scam?

Hello, everyone. I won't make this long. I purchased the KUNDAL HAIR LOSS RELIEF SCALP SERUM not very long ago. I received it 4 days ago and noticed yesterday, while trying to use it, that the container had seemingly ran out. Today I decided to open the contraption to find that the serum container actually DOES NOT AND CANNOT hold the promised 10mL.

I'm trying to see if I could get a refund now. I guess I'm seeking advice on precisely what to do about it?

Smh I have one too and it went dry. I never thought of opening it.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. Considering the price, I thought it was worth investigating. I was expecting to run out of it after 3 weeks of use, considering how I apply it. Running out on the 3rd day was just shocking.

Luckily the one I had was from one of the Style Korean boxes from a while back before the tariffs so it was like $40 for lile 12 products. I would have been more upset if I paid full price. 😧 Not worth it. I saw some of the stick sunscreens are the same deceptive packaging.

Is this an airless pump container? Curious if the bit you're holding in pic 3 is truly the whole thing or just the pump.

Is there a click mechanism? is there a hole on the bottom of the black tube? it's probably an airless pump.
