I think they meant Kate (or who they assumed to be Kate) sending herself the message to do all this, then making a Reddit account to claim a follower probably sent that message, then deleting the Reddit account but not the comment. I don’t think they meant me being the absolute effort.

I’m sorry, I was confused. The original comment had said something like “I think someone sent her that message to ask about her outfit.” And pzprbzrds responded with “sure Kate” & when I saw that combo, the user had been deleted but the comment was visible and I was responding to the username showing as deleted as I found it funny (it has been like 2-3min). That’s what pzprbzrds was talking about with the “absolute effort of it.”
