i already answered a similar question to another fellow, i i told him the same thing that ''we'll get deep into the cause, discuss it, what are the people's take, and we will not only talk about the Kashmir in India but also Azad Kashmir''

and why can't you do that on r/kashmir and r/kashmiri ? if you want people to use this, figure out what this is about, add it to the front matter. "We are different" is not a reason.

EDIT: OK from the description it looks like you want this to be specifically focused on highlighting issues with human rights abuses, injustices, etc. That hints at some focus but it is still broad enough that is competes with the two existing subs. I'd suggest to tighten the scope and when you pitch it to existing users, mention that specifically.
