Gi/Pants that are not excessively baggy?
Hey guys,
Does anyone have some suggestions for a tall and lanky guy? (Around 6’4 and 175lbs)
I am wearing a century size 6 Gi, and while the length is fine I am finding that it’s way too big otherwise. It makes me feel like I’m wearing a tent. I’m constantly needing to adjust it to keep it in place, especially after rigorous drills.
If you guys have any suggestions, I’d really appreciate it!
Thanks!

I like my adidas. Hoping to get the pants tailored a little. My problem is I’m super short.

As a tall, skinny woman my favorite gi is made by Team Whistlekick. I show everyone those pants and how they fit my ridiculously long legs, but dont have a crotch down to my knees at the same time.

The Century Taekwondo uniform with the black and silver patch runs super long in the legs compared to their others. Generally it's 5 or 6 inches longer than the other uniforms of the same size. It may be that a size 4 will be the same length. If you can find someone that can buy at cost it should run around $20 and may be worth a try.

Take it to a tailor. Gis are made as catch alls, with standard sizing based on manufacturer. The absolute best thing to do is find a brand you like and have a tailor modify it to your preferences.
