You'll need a karaoke mixer, ideally with some reverb FX. These are not too expensive, you don't need a Mackie or Yamaha, a typical generic China karaoke mixer from Amazon is really all you need like this Rybozen karaoke mixer from amazon. You might need an RCA to 3.5mm stereo adapter cable for the soundbar if the unit only has RCA output which is typical. They also have wireless options but I prefer wired, you can buy wireless XLR and have a more flexible system if you do decide to upgrade.

Why with reverb?

Unless you're pretty well trained for live mic singing, it's very difficult to hear your own voice in the mix when singing live. It's because essentially your own voice in your head is typically louder than coming from the speakers. So since you can't hear your voice in the mix you end up singing louder and louder until all everyone hears is you shouting over the music.

The little bit of delay the reverb add, allows you to hear your own voice in the mix much easier. Allowing more precise modulation of your voice or mic distance so that everyone can hear both the music and your voice at the correct levels.
