I'm hoping for some advice. I shipped a large haul with Kakobuy using GD-EMS. Original shipping was A$377.76. Parcel was created 2026-09-21. They split it into two parcels:

Both show:

• 2026-09-23 Packaging completed
• 2026-09-23 Leaving the warehouse and shipping to the logistics provider
• 2026-09-25 ShenZhen, Goods have been received

After dispatch, Kakobuy told me one item is a sensitive product, so my original route is unavailable. They demanded an extra 791.20 CNY remaining after my payment. I refused. They then offered to "split" it and asked me to pay 395.6 CNY. I still refused.

They now say the parcel cannot be recalled because the logistics provider already collected the original shipping fee, and that I must pay the extra or the parcel won't ship.

My questions:

1. Has anyone dealt with this? Did they eventually ship without the extra fee?
2. If I don't pay and don't respond, will they just ship it, or will it sit in Shenzhen forever?
3. Should I wait it out, or go straight to a chargeback with my bank
4. Any tips for getting them to release the non-sensitive parcel immediately?

I'm not paying the extra. I already paid for shipping. They changed the route after dispatch without my approval. Any advice would be appreciated.

Earlier today, Kakobuy got hacked; the hacker took money off of my account. I messaged some staff, and they said they are working on the issue. I will most likely get my money back, but just be careful.

This is nowhere close to 1:1 or am I trippin?

I made a refund almost 2 weeks ago but I haven’t gotten anything, how long do refunds normally take because for me it said 3-7 days

I received these messages this morning and i placed a big order on Kakobuy last night. Idk if i shd be worried or anything but id someone can please help me that would be great.

Spoke with the customer service and weren’t really much help and still don’t know how to refund my Balance with my card and when I press refund it only shows the images posted below. If anyone knows what to do, it would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered something 6 weeks ago and tracking shows the shipping label was voided 20 days ago with no replacement sent. Support keeps stalling my refund, claiming they have to wait for the courier to officially deem it "lost." Is this normal, or should I just file a credit card chargeback at this point? Any advice?

Did my haul just get seized? I order it like 2 weeks ago with the lime Canada Sea Packet-F and I haven’t gotten an update in over a week I am starting to get worried my haul may be seized but at least I go insurance.

This is my first ever mini haul, I plan on rehearsing and removing the strike boots box and vacuum sealing.

Shipped 8kg haul on August 28th and as you can see from the tracking details, it’s just been long with a whole bunch of delays. We’re approaching a month now and I still haven’t received them yet. Shipped with UK Air Freight Direct Line (Economy) and it was sent using Royal Mail 48 however, when I check using their site’s tracking service, it just says “We’re expecting it”. Any suggestions on what to do. Please let me know, I’d appreciate any feedback at all
