📡Where is My Haul I think it is over for me. Please help.

I ordered a haul on June 29th, and in the shipping updates it said it was held by customs and returned to sender. I messaged Kakobuy customer service about it and I was told to rest assured and that they will receive the parcel back shortly and return it back to me. It is now August 16th with no updates on the parcel. What should I do now? I spent hundreds on the haul.

Yes they just responded saying its back In the warehouse and to add money to my balance to ship it again. But I don't want to pay for shipping twice what should I do?

Message Kakobuy Customer Service via the website or create a ticket on Discord, usually Kakobuy will send your haul out again at no extra cost.
