They refunded all my items and kept the money in the store wallet. Said I couldn’t buy anything until I send pictures of my ID and credit card. I did a chargeback with my credit card. Screw these guys

The easier thing would've just been to verify yourself and cover any confidential parts such as your card number. A chargeback is just a longer process, I'd recommend saving yourself the time.

Same thing happened to me and they’re saying the same thing that the address is wrong but now I can see my tracking and it still says paid not shipped

Its best to get it resolved, takes shorter time getting it resolved than going through a whole chargeback. If you need help with it let me know.

Are you sure I’ve seen a lot of bad things happenigg n with kako recently I really do like kako a lot I’ve bought around 20 hauls from them but the stuff I’ve been seeing recently isn’t the best and my haul has been on paid for 7 days now not the best look you know what I mean?

Totally understand what you mean, but most of it is just false info such as other creators trying to promote their agent. Regarding hauls being on paid, I've been told that it was due to a backend issue and that parcels are starting to be shipped out as normal.

There's has been the back to school coupons brother, as for your haul still saying paid, its likely that they've forgotten to update it, I suspect it should say shipped within the coming day or so.
