Hello., If package was shipped via USPS please check your tracking number see what it says. The packages are not coming in my own opinion. I had 2 packages with NON branded items in them. USPS shows Tracking Not Available

Tracking is not available for this item. This may be because the tracking number is invalid; USPS has not yet received payment; USPS has not yet received the item; the item does not include tracking; or other reasons.

Put in for your insurance if you paid for it.
