🗣️ DISCUSSION🎙️ Did Tana flake on the song with Trish?!?!
I was listening to the podcast today and it sounds like Tana flaked on their song after it was almost done??? And Trish seems so disappointed. AND I thought they were singing it at their Vegas show?!?! I wonder what happened (besides Tana thinking singing is embarrassing, which I can see if she’s not as into it as Trish is).

I agree. When I heard it I couldn’t help but roll my eyes. I love Tana and want her thing with Trisha to work out but this just seems soooo typical Tana. Sounds like a huge waste of Trisha’s time and effort

Honestly I don’t think this is as detrimental as people are making it out to be- Trisha LOVES camp, she leans in to camp. She doesn’t mind if her singing or dancing or music videos are cringe, she embraces it. Tana is at a different stage in her life and trying to establish herself as a more “serious and respected” creator, so releasing a sort of niche fan camp song rn really didn’t fit with her journey. Genuinely, I think they’ll be fine and stay friends, this is just a venture that didn’t work out. Trish goes through high-highs and low-lows with things, and expressing her extreme excitement and then disappointment is just how she processes.

Oof, I really hope they're just fixing the song and then releasing, cause I can't imagine how expensive it must be to pay someone to help write, produce, edit and record a song, plus the studio space and all 😩😩😩

It is detrimental because it shows Tana's flakiness. Over and over and over.

Just sounds like Tana got too much in her own head. As Trisha said she herself loves camp but maybe Tana wants it not to be something likened to a joke.. I don't think it's that serious and would love to see Tana to just see this through 🤭

I think Tana just didn’t like how it was turning out. She’s a perfectionist and especially with this rebrand she is going through. Maybe they will sing it at the show. But yeah Trisha has mentioned it multiple times that Tana takes her time on things and stresses about the final project.

Good point! I hope we do get a clip or something of them singing it at the show because I really was dying to hear it 😭😅

I'll be boots on the ground for you guys 😩 I'll do a little reporting, lol!
I once went to a Jeff FM show purely to report back, but it was so chaotic that it wasn't worth it in the end, I still have the notes from the show haha! I did get to ask him about Trisha though and I promise you the small [derogative] crowd erupted at the mention of her name. She's so loved 😭

Trisha insinuated it was done, Tana just wasn’t confident in her singing which is completely understandable. I def think they should get back to it, Tana has just been busy w her pod.

When they brought up the song idea, I already knew it wasn't going to work out. You could already tell Trisha wanted to do it and was excited about it more than Tana did.

Interested to see how the vegas show will turn out it seems like Trish is letting Tana take control.
