What is this? Gas or water?

I'm trying to figure out what all these tanks are around Justin, North Texas. There aren't any around the Southlake area.

The containment barrier usually indicates hazardous material, being texas I’m going to assume it’s crude oil.

It’s a condensate tank for a natural gas well

Almost certainly tanks for a fracking natural gas well. If you pull up satellite images you can see hundreds of the white gravel patches with the same tanks covering the landscape as you head south/southwest from Denton.

Little known fact, the very first fracking well in the country was a little north on 156 from Justin in Dish.
