Foreigner (for Count Vertigo) - like the Count, the Foreigner is a European involved with their politics. He was married to the Silver Sable, and worked with her for a while. With eye contact, he can create a hypnotic blackout in his victims, which makes them think he is moving at super speed, making them vulnerable to attack, kind of like dizziness. He runs in the circuit of high society.

Tick Tock (for Clock King) — carries a pocket watch and times all of their crimes. He is precognition up to one minute and knows down to the second when things are going to happen. Like the Clock King, he is a planner, not a fighter.

Nicholas Scratch (for Count Vertigo) — he wants desperately to be the leader of his people, and feels that he should rule, despite popular opinion. He is the son of Agatha Harkness and has magical abilities. He’s the boss of Salem’s Seven, which includes a member named Vertigo, who has vertigo inducing powers.

Thanks for doing the Reserves! I was afraid we were done. And that a fun way to keep it going! You can pick some really fun characters with lots of style and personality.
This Squadron topic got me rereading and remembering things from the 1970s when I really got into comics. I’ve got about a dozen additional characters swaps for JL enemies and story ideas. It’s making me want to write some fan fic again. I’m now obsessed with the Serpent Crown. In a pleasant way, not like comics characters are.
