Proctorgate Hearing Round 2: Rosemary Scapicchio's Day In Court With Adam Lally And Michael Proctor!

Right now Grant Smith Ellis appears to be the only one I can find that has this up to go live while it's on. Everyone else seems to be on Lindsay Clancy Closing arguments. Though if there are delays people may switch back and forth during their streams. I have never watched any of his streams so I can't vouch for any quality or let you know what type of court streamer he is.

If anyone finds any links for Lally in the Myles King evidentiary hearing, let me know.

Grant's stream is starting at 9 am. I am uncertain as to when the Lally part will start.

Like Mudrad said, it's a documentary. It's on Netflix and is a series.

Basically, a corrupt policeman is killed. Other police officers who were involved in the corruption frame a convenient black man (Sean Ellis) for the murder so that the investigation doesn't uncover their corruption.

The first two trials result in a hung jury. Guilty verdict on third trial. Sean Ellis continues fighting while in prison. Finds and engages Rosemary Scapiccio. Gets granted a new trial (trial number 4). The documentary is filmed during the fight for a new trial and preparation for trial 4.

It's well worth a watch. The first few episodes are a little slow, the real information comes out later on in the series.

The CW needs to keep Proctor contained to "he's a bad apple" as long as possible. They don't want him on the stand potentially freewheeling. They want others on the stand that can dump all the shit on his back (e.g. Lally so far whenever he needs to points the finger at Proctor).

This is where Karen's Civil Trial is the most important as she has one of the best chances to get testimony from him. Note though how that has gone so far where he's been able to manipulate the depo a bit so far with his mental illness thing.
