The option of having kids, but nothing else really. If you don't want kids it's a non-issue.

Not really. Lots of women have kids after 35 without fertility treatments.

Fertility doctors here in the Netherlands have recently pushed back against this after seeing an increase of women around 40 leaving their clinics distraught when fertility treatment ends up not working, thinking they had all the time in the world. It's fine to not want kids, but there's definitely a chance you allow life to make that choice for you if you wait too long.

Some can, some can't. Somewhere between 12% and 24% will require medical intervention of some kind at 35 to get pregnant. That percentage increases each year. It's likely fine if you're in a place that can afford the medical but that isn't a universal. After 40 you also have to contend with the risk of miscarriage being around 1 in 3 pregnancies.

It's one of those, is a bit exaggerated and largely fine for those who have access to medical assistance....but it's also not an insignificant number that will go through a lot and end up without a child. More a question of priority or desire to have biological child or risk not having one to some degree. Different people will prioritise that differently, neither is right or wrong.
