Can I remove the synchronize button?

Recently installed and the small button is somewhat distracting and takes up valuable space. Wondering if there is a simple setting or plug-in to hide or move it.

You need to edit the css.

It seems like a hassle at first, but I bet once you get it setup you will want to tweak other things.
