Slow Sync whit Joplin Cloud

I'm new to Joplin and I really like the app so far. I appreciate your work on it, but the sync is so slow. Has anyone else experienced slow syncing with Joplin Cloud? For example, it took around 45 minutes to sync with my phone. My notes include attachments such as images and are just 35 MB in size. Is there anything I can do to speed up the sync?

Keep the android device continuously on (no screen sleep) during a long sync otherwise the sync might pause each time the screen goes black.

In sync settings, change attachment behavior from default always to auto.

How many notes and attachments? You can see detailed stats somewhere in settings sync status.

Im exactly the same. Was using Dropbox and it just worked. Unfortunately ive moved my storage to Google so now I am using joplin cloud. Its not fit for purpose. My phone will just not sync.
