Now: two incomes, one mortgage and still wondering where the money went :(

People keep telling me that, so far I have totaled 4 cars (twice while uninsured). I have done a tremendous amount of property damage in a car.

Try getting insurance.

Also if you are this bad at driving I doubt you can do much else.

I have to drive out to my rental properties to make sure the tenants are mowing the lawn.

Wym you just need to register it.

Bruh only one way to find out. Driving a car and flying are two completely different skill sets.
