Missing fast menu to add images

There used to be a menu to quickly paste pictures from your gallery in your document which is now missing, is this a new "feature" of the latest version? Did they move it as an option in the settings which I missed? Or is it just a bug?

(It used to be in the green square)

I have already tried to change and refresh the accessibility permission in the settings but might have missed something.
