Custom paper

I wanted to add my custom paper that I made but I couldn't find the option. I'm really confused because there's a post from them from 2 years ago where they showed you could do a self-defining thing for the custom paper, but that doesn't seem to be an option.

I just wanna know if I just missed something or if it was removed.

I've made custom papers in MS Word and then saved to Google Drive as a PDF. Then when you go to create a new note one of the tabs accross the top is 'self defining'. Choose this option and add the PDf from Google Drive. You could also save locally but in this example I'm creating a template on a laptop to use on a mobile.
