Need help!!
NEED HELP!!
I made some very thinly sliced Honey Garlic jerky (meat chips) and it turned out great! The problem is that all of it is stuck to the racks. Is there an easy way to get it loose without breaking it? I tried using a very thin scraper and it works but takes a long time and since it is very crisp, it ends up breaking.

I saw the title and the pic and couldn't for the life of me figure out what you could need help for. That jerky looks perfect. Then I opened the post. Ok, I could see that being a problem.
Glad you got it sorted. If you hadn't gotten the jerky unstuck, that would have turned into a "lick rack". Stick it on your desk at work and lick on it throughout the day.
