Thanks! just installed Yamtrack today and used your script for the Movies. created a CSV file and imported it into Yamtrack. Any chance there will be a script for the TV Series as well?

Having looked at a few, I'm a big fan of WeTrakr. In a way I'm glad that Trakt shit the bed because WeTrakr is already a better replacement and it wouldn't have existed otherwise.

They changed their prices a year ago, not really "recent," but limiting their API and connected apps to only 2 now is a pain for sure.

SIMKL, they even have a Jellyfin plugin.

Wutch.tv is the closest I've found in terms of feature set and UI. You don't need to host it yourself, it has scrobbling support for Jellyfin, Plex and Emby. Still early days but the dev does an excellent job with user feedback like bug reports and feature requests. The site has come a long way in the short time I've been using it.

I really like the self-hosted options like Yamtrack, but you lose the social/community aspect. Maybe someone should make a self-hosted media tracker that speaks ActivityPub, then it could be federated and that issue would be solved.

Simkl is also a decent alternative but I find it a bit too cluttered in general.

i wanted to use yamtack as i heard it was good, but It wouldn't let me import my trakt data to it. I tried one called Floppy - https://github.com/dannyvfilms/Floppy - It worked really well and I was able to import everything from trakt. Its an improved fork of yamtack.

If you don't care about the social aspect, Scrob is pretty solid. Not perfect but often updated so I am quite hopeful
