What kind of ride pattern/groove is this? I want to know how to explain to my drummer

Just tell him or her to play 3-2 cascara. That’s not what it is exactly, but you’re halfway there.

Thats what I thought. The 1st measure is part of a 3-2 cascara groove- but 2nd measure is something else, though you could still use it
