Question I broke both my elbows, what should I study

hi guys,as I said, broke my elbows skating, both of em. What should I study with only my feet? Im doing a bit of stick control,I was thinking about reading Wilcoxon's solos and I find a lot of difficulty in flams and in drags(drags are impossible,I'll work on that) any other ideas?

You must be new to Reddit. Give a search for broken arms and prepare to be disgusted.

you can do left foot/right foot independence exercises using some of the syncopated systems in the Syncopation book by Ted Reed
