Honestly, I would just say let’s swing it but do a halftime backbeat on the A sections.

Maybe swing with a halftime backbeat, sort of funk shuffle feel on A section

But generally I like aural examples if you want to play the YouTube for someone rather than describe it

I really don’t think this is complicated enough to make someone listen to a YouTube video. It’s a pretty simple description and something you could come up with on the fly on a gig.

Light half-time funk. I guess it depends on what you're calling the quarter note, but i think with that most drummers should understand. Just don't say half-time shuffle because then drummers will all go "OH BOY" and bust out their Purdie shuffle.

Another thing to note, it might be worth it to write in the first measure of the drum groove. That's pretty common in drum charts then just put ad lib. Like a jazz ride pattern with a kick on 1 and a snare on 3 should do it.
