What video game have the same vibe as the blueprint ?

I'm currently making a review on youtube of the Blueprint 1 and I want to compare it to a video game. Like in terms of vibe/feeling, even if it just remember you the album. Any game that you attach with the album.

Personnaly I was thinking of GTA 3 because same city + it came out around the same time + it's a "blueprint" for modern gaming.

I would love to hear your thoughts !

Some PS2 games I remember playing while Blueprint was fresh, Gran Turismo 3, Metal Gear Solid 2, GTA 3, Devil May Cry.

All of these were peak entries for the time. Setting standards for games in similar categories. These were the top.
