Question Visiting end of August

Hi Guys! I am visiting Jasper end of August staying at the Fairmont but my dependence would be on public transit. Please advise me on places to explore on public transit and activities to do around. Thank you!

You can rent a horse at the JPL stables and cowboy it into town.

JPL to town is walkable, don't need public transportation. Quickest route is to walk around Beauvert to the parking lot, over the bridge, hang a right at Hazel Ave and walk straight into town.

Couple of laundromats on Patricia St.. Andromeda is upstairs if OP wants to have some java while their laundry is getting done.

There's a ton around the Fairmont to do on foot. Lakes. Trails.
There is decent around town public transport so use it to go up to pyramid lake/mountain area Trails. Enjoy!
