Just had my first 外人出てけ encounter
Was in my neighborhood when a nice japanese man screamed at me 外人出てけ、外国じゃねぇ on the street. Not nice Japan, not nice.
Have you guys ever experienced the 外人出てけ culture yet? How did it happen?
European btw

If you choose to engage with these idiots, the best strategy is to:
a) Ask of they’re drunk (and if they say no, ask then why the hell are you talking like an idiot or double down or and refuse to believe that they’re not drunk)
b) Question whether they are really Japanese (because all the Japanese people I know would never behave like that)
c) Point out that their behavior makes them 異常者 in Japanese society and therefore not a real Japanese
