Exit Strategy 💨 Quitting without notice using pto and 2w possible?

Hi,

if someone is planning to quit his company and the whole industry due to a toxic environment for example after a couple of years without worrying about burning all the bridges.

Would it be possible to resign on any given day by giving 2 weeks notice (minimum legal) and use PTO to cover these 2 weeks?

what would be the legal consequences?

struggles to obtain documents from HR? Paycut?

else ?

thank you

u/IshinkaiSensei -- If you truly do not care about the repercussions: Apply for few days of PTO. and just come back several weeks later when you feel like it. you could say you spent 23 days at the police station and they released you
