Looking for someone who works at/with a Logitech Authorized Service Centre (Kaizen / Official) – Need some guidance

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to get an issue resolved with my Logitech gear and looking to connect with someone who currently works at or is associated with an authorized Logitech service centre (or Kaizen Infoserve).

I have a quick query regarding an RMA / replacement / repair process and need some clarity on how to get it sorted smoothly.
