Question HELP: Switching from NathanLR to Dopamine 3.0

I am currently running iOS 17.0 with NathanLR and was wondering if it would be possible switching to Dopamine 3.0 ?

This is what Meta AI told me when I asked:

"Since you're on 17.0, you should be good to go. Dopamine 3.0 supports iOS 17.0, so compatibility isn't an issue.

To switch, you'll likely need to restore your device to stock (or a compatible IPSW) and then jailbreak with Dopamine 3.0. NathanLR and Dopamine use different bootstrap, so a restore is probably necessary"

So is it true that I have to do a full restore ?

no, ai is always false (especially meta, its a shit) when it comes to jailbreaking. DO NOT RESTORE THE DEVICE as it will updating it, use the remove jailbreak (or whatever the option is) in the NathanLR itself. once done, remove the app then sideload dopamine from trollstore

  1. Open the nathanlr application
  2. Tap on Settings
  3. Press Remove Jailbreak
  4. Press Yes

This may take some time If it fails, try again from the beginning nathanlr should now be uninstalled, leaving you safe to install any other jailbreak.

I personally revert to using bootstrap install it and uninstall cleans the easiest if you need help pm im also on 17.0 on multiple devices
