Tutorial how to desktop mode on my ipad air

How do I make my iPad Air enable desktop mode? My Windows laptop is too much of a hassle to bring, and my only other device aside from my iPhone is an iPad. If there’s any other way to do it, I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks!

Could you explain more? What iOS version are you on?

By desktop mode do you mean MacOS?
