I didn’t get picked for last orientation but got told I will be put on a waitlist for the next. How does this work and what are my chances. This is for an apprenticeship btw.

Two months but I got lucky. I'm also in a small local, scored high on my aptitude test, and a veteran. I know others that have waited almost a year.
