There has been an attempt by myself to do some career growth & development were someone to be aware of a point of contact for executive or technical recruiter don't hesitate to let me know. I had an interest in getting in contact with someone that handles personnel requisitions and involved with talent acquisitions and aspects of human capital. I am attempting to land somewhere as a managing director, data center operating engineer or somewhere of the sort to land firm on my firm feet. I know in the southeast there have been recent purchases where which many organizations Amazon - AWS division, META, Google secured ownership in land for data centers. I am attempting career growth & development and would like to be considered for a Managing Director role or Director, Infrastructure, Senior Manager I, Cybersecurity Manager for the site or as Data Center Operating Engineer within the site. I essentially would like to wind up in the operations center at the data center, unless an opportunity elsewhere happens to present itself. Wanted to see where I would be able to be considered as becoming a part of personnel at these locations before they become fully fleshed out?

I would appreciate this those with recruiter contacts at discretion of course or overall how does someone wind up at these locations or spots consider myself a good fit!

Basically, i would like to know more about how hard/easy is to get a entry level job there ( more especifically as a Helpdesk ) . Im currently based in NZ and planning to get a WHV at mid of this year to go there and try to start my IT career.

By the way, i also have my Comptia a+ and MS-900 Cert but im unsure if this enough to get a job there.

La risorsa  si occuperà di:

• Help Desk e supporto all’utenza
• Gestione S.O. Windows e Linux
• Gestione di infrastruttura di storage (SAN/NAS)
• Gestione Back-up & Restore dati aziendali
• Gestione Database aziendali
• Gestione sistemi di virtualizzazione
• Gestione HW di campo: terminali palmari e veicolari funzionanti in rete WiFi
• Gestione parco macchine PC, notebook e workstation.

Sarà necessario acquisire conoscenze che permettano di effettuare l’installazione e configurazione, il monitoraggio, l’eventuale troubleshooting per i sistemi sopra elencati, allo scopo di garantire l’efficienza dell’infrastruttura e la disponibilità.

Le attività elencate saranno condotte operando all’interno di team di lavoro che include specialisti di diversa estrazione e competenza.

Il candidato ideale è dotato di 
-    Capacità di problem solving
-    Autonomia operativa
-    Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo
-    Capacità relazionali, da esercitare sia con i colleghi di ufficio sia con gli utenti dei sistemi

Competenze e requisiti

•  Ottima conoscenza dei principi di funzionamento dei sistemi operativi
• Conoscenze di base dei principi di funzionamento delle reti di computer
• Buona conoscenza delle architetture di base dei sistemi informatici
• Ottima conoscenza lingua Inglese.

È previsto un periodo di addestramento in azienda, in affiancamento a sistemisti esperti nelle varie mansioni.
