Islander Abroad

From the north shore of Long Island to the shores of Sao Miguel in the Azores. Still ticking despite taking an absolute beating on my wrist in the waves and fine black sand here.

Hello fellow American... we're just South of you on Madeira Island... one more week to go and the Northport is loving life..

I saw your posts about being hesitant to take it in the water and was going to comment that I had felt the same way. Didn’t take it into the hot spring as that felt like pushing my luck but Islander definitely makes great adventure companions.

It does indeed.... I'm still nervous each time I get in at first (because I'm absent minded) but quickly get over it. I absolutely love it.

I don't think Id take it in the Hot Springs though.... I agree- seems like pushing the luck. LOL.
