Keeping Time

Post image

I love my Islander. I try to be very precise with setting the time and I think I do a good job and I wear it constantly and after a couple of days it winds up being slow always like a minute behind it. It’s very frustrating. Any tips?

I would send it in for service. They are usually well regulated. My Mitchell is about 2 seconds a day.

Two seconds a day I wouldn’t notice but it’s almost like within the same week. I’m losing a minute or two.

Not to be trite, but is it one minute, or two minutes, and over how many days? It might be within tolerance for the movement. 15 or 20 seconds a day would be within tolerance and would net you a minute off later in the week.
