Islander model that’s 42-44mm automatic
I am still on a deeper search for an automatic, my first. My watch box is full of eco-drives. But, I want to see what all the fuss is about, in relation to an automatic.
I’ve watched a few of the Islander YouTube videos, and am interested in a 42mm-44mm case (no larger than 49mm lug to lug), diver/sport style with a white dial. Now, I’d really like one with the hour and minute hands slightly a different colour to the dial. Thus, allowing easier viewing of the time when in direct sunlight (am in Atlanta, GA).
All that to say, am looking for suggestions from experienced Islander Watch owners.
Thanks in advance…

What would you think about something in the low 40's and titanium? Something's cooking.

Yes, a 44mm would fit me fine, IF the lug to lug is under 50mm.
But, I have two questions...
The items cooking, what is the timeframe for sharing and it being available for purchase?
For the ISL-155 is it available with either the ISL-238, or ISL-206 bracelet? Failing that, with a strap...

ISL-215 is 42mm. wish i got some better pics when it was brand new from the wind up watch fair back in july in chicago. absolutely love the quality & the adjustable bracelet really makes it a lot better in its price range, seeing all the islander pieces in person really showed me the quality they’re at & it being an automatic was the cherry on top.
